I’ve done little writing of late
But you see, there is a reason
I’ve been re-watching Game of Thrones
Every episode, of every season.
I’m reliving all the scheming
The battles and beheadings
Secret deals, blood magic
And, of course, the weddings.
My re-watch has almost ended
Season Eight will soon be here
It’s sure to bring more drama
I may even shed a tear…
After the final credits have rolled
I’ll surely get back to writing
Although… I have yet to finish
Season Five of Vikings! 🤔
